ASNE on the move
Editors’ Exchange goes electronic
After 21 years of publication, The Editors’ Exchange, ASNE’s newsletter
of tips and good ideas, is being discontinued in paper form.
The reasons for the move are several, including the investment of time
required to do a substantive newsletter, inability to get issues out on
schedule, weak response to requests for information, and the availability
of electronic means that could produce the newsletter in a more timely
and efficient way.
ASNE is looking at ways to publish the newsletter electronically and
will inform subscribers and ASNE members how to access this “new” Editors’
Exchange by the end of the year when it is up and running.
