Not as diverse as the newsroom
Special effort is going into recruiting minority copy editors because,
except for supervisors, they are the least diverse group in newspaper newsrooms.

Minority: 6,363 (11.55%)
Copy editors
White: 9,477
Minority: 1,127 (10.63%)
