Where are they now?

Rick Attig is now an associate editor of The Oregonian in Portland. He had been executive editor of The Bulletin in Bend, Ore. Former president and publisher of the Post-Tribune in Gary, Ind., Scott Bosley is now corporate director of shared content for Knight Ridder, located in Washington. In another Knight Ridder relocation, Jim Crutchfield became assistant to the publisher of Philadelphia Newspapers. He was executive editor of the Press-Telegram in Long Beach, Calif., until the paper was sold to MediaNews. Roger Oglesby has a new position within Times Mirror. He had been editor of The Morning Call in Allentown, Pa., and is now president of the Orange County edition of the Los Angeles Times. Bill Thomas is the new publisher of The Macomb Daily in Mount Clemens, Mich. He had been executive editor of the Oakland Press in Pontiac. Both papers are owned by 21st Century Newspapers. And Terry Schwadron, previously deputy managing editor of the Los Angeles Times, has found his way to another coast. He is now senior editor for information technology at New York Times Electronic Media.
