Reid Ashe has left the Wichita (Kan.) Eagle to become president and associate publisher of the Tampa (Fla.) Tribune. Ottaway’s Ken Hall is now executive editor of the Traverse City (Mich.) Record-Eagle. He had been in Oneonta, N.Y. The new managing editor/features, administration and planning of the Greenville (S.C.) News is Wanda Lloyd, former senior editor at USA Today. Both newspapers are owned by Gannett. And Mark Trahant, formerly Salt Lake Tribune executive news editor, becomes editor and publisher of the Moscow (Idaho) Daily News. Both newspapers are members of the Kearns-Tribune group.

ASNE Project Director Diane Borden has resigned to teach jounalism at George Mason University. Sandy Feury has joined the staff as administrative secretary, succeeding Carol Byrnes, who resigned.
