Two long-standing members of ASNE died this summer.

Bob Chandler, editor of the Bend (Ore.) Bulletin, died July 12 of prostate cancer. He purchased the Bulletin in 1953 and joined ASNE in 1964. He is survived by his second wife, Majorie, and six children by his previous marriage.

A gift in memory of both editors was given to ASNE Foundation by Dick Schmidt, ASNE legal counsel.
